Terms of Sale
By placing an order on The Tallenge Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions-
- Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 15 business days of your order.
- Ownership of the products will pass to you when they have been delivered to you. Once artworks have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
- If the goods we delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing to us of the problem within 3 business days from the receipt of the artworks in question.
- In line with our Returns Policy , we will refund or replace any item when you return it to us in a sale-able condition within 7 days of the item being delivered to your address. Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include the original packing and invoice along with the product. We can arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
