"Bleu II (Blue II)" is a famous painting by Joan Miro from the triptych named "Blue I, II, III" created in 1961. It is a set of three-part display abstract oil painting by the Spanish modern artist Joan Miró. The paintings are named Blue I, Blue II, Blue IIIand are very similar. All three paintings consist of simple lines and shapes on a dreamy blue background. In Blue II, Miro includes a dynamic red line on the left side of the painting in contrast to the serene blue background.
